Do's & Don't for Men



Eat a good balanced and healthy meals.
Practice exercising regularly, at least 3 times a week.
Spend time with/on yourself.
Try to share your thoughts to someone, talk to someone.
Cry, if you feel like it.
Try to get minimum 8 hrs of sleep everyday.
Do your health check up every year ,if you are below 40 years of age and more often if you are above 40.
Try to keep your body and mind clean by doing meditation.
Wear a condom.


Don't smoke, spit at public places.
Don't go crazy with alcohol.
Don't compete with anyone unnecessarily ,be yourself, that's the best chance you have of succeeding in life.
Don't ever hide your emotions, it leads to stress build-up & stress can kill..
Don't get into the habit of skipping meals, it will harm you in the long run.
Don't forget to cut your nails regularly.
Don't ignore your skin. Skin Care is not solely a woman's domain.
Don't urinate in public places. It is just unhygienic.
