Blisters

Blisters are a painful problem and can be caused by touching something too hot or rubbing too hard.

Tips to prevent it are:

Use petroleum jelly to grease your feet when you are wearing a new pair or if you're going on a long walk. Apply the petroleum jelly to the areas of your feet that are most likely to get blisters.

Do not break a blister if you can. If you break it, it puts you at a higher risk for infection.

If the blister should break, clean it thoroughly with some antibacterial soap.

Do not cover the blister, if the blister gets some air, it will help cure the blister quicker.
