Athlete's Foot

This common fungus attacks in warm, moist conditions.

It can be easily cured and easily prevented as follows :

Soak feet in a mixture of two teaspoons of salt per pint of warm water. Submerge the feet for five to 10 minutes, and repeat this process until the rash goes away.

Baking soda paste can used between toes if the fungus is there. To make this paste add a few drops of water to one tablespoon of baking soda. Rub it all over the irritated area, rinse off.

Soaking your feet in apple cider vinegar can also take away the athlete's foot fungus. It will sting but it will also take away the irritation.

Prevent athlete's foot by wearing plastic sandals when in a shower room, locker room, etc. Also keep you shoes clean and dry. Do not wear them until they are completely dry. Also a antifungal powder in the shoes can remove the threat of it.
