Asthma

 

Asthma is a serious condition that should always be checked by a doctor.

Here are some hints just to help prevent Asthma or reduce some of the symptoms of Asthma:

Avoid smoke filled room. For someone with Asthma the smoke can trigger an attack.So avoid smoke if you can.

Cold air can also trigger an attack or just make you feel uncomfortable.

Certain foods can cause trouble and this includes:
Milk
Nuts
Seafood
Eggs

Additives to foods like, monosodium glutamate (msg) and metabisulfite. MSG is found in Chinese food, so you should ask for no MSG when ordering from a Chinese restaurant.

If you don't have your medicine on hand and you feel an attack coming on, drink a cup of coffee. Caffeine is known to calm the effects of an attack.
