Allergies
There are so many things that can cause Allergies starting from food, to dust mites, pollen, mold, mildew,and blooming flowers.
Here are some ideas that may help to prevent some symptoms.
You can wear a face mask when your allergies are really bad. It just prevents those little things that are causing your allergies.
Try staying in air conditioning when possible. Once again, it's the idea of staying away from what's causing you the allergy.
Carpeting, down comforters, feather pillows, all these items will hold pollen, mites, pet dander, hence they hold the very thing that is giving you allergies. So try getting throw rugs, easier to clean, and avoid feather pillows and down comforters.
Bee pollen, if you start taking bee pollen before the hay fever season, you will help to build a natural immunity. Start off slow and build up the amount of bee pollen you take.
Garlic, it has so many natural healing agents in it, and it also works on allergies. Try taking a dose of garlic a day.
Honeycomb, chewing on a honeycomb can help calm a severe hay fever attack. Try looking at your health food store for this, if you can't find it, you might also try some aromatherapy. Lavender and chamomile oils can also relieve some of the symptoms of hay fever.
