Steeple

 

Steeple is good for the knuckle joints, lumbrical and interossei (hand) muscles. Steeple exercise stretches some of the small muscles which spread, and bring together, your fingers.

Steps :

  • This exercise can be done either by sitting or standing.
  • Place your hands together, as now, if praying.
  • By keeping your fingers together, separate your palms.
  • Then, hold for a count of 6 while you knuckles and hands stretching.
  • Repeat this for 5 times.
