Shoulder Roll

The shoulder roll execise will help to relieve the discomforts in the shoulder girdle, i.e., joints of the collar bones, shoulders and shoulder blades.

The benefit of this exercise is that it increases the mobility of all the joints of your shoulder girdle. If any of these joints is stiff or painful, it can stop full movement of the arm at the shoulder.

Steps :

  • You can do this exercise by standing.
  • Now, slowly roll both shoulders forward in large using your full range of movement.
  • Then, slowly roll your shoulders backwards with the same circular motion.
  • Repeat this for 5 times in each direction.

  •
