Shoulder Folder


The shoulder folder exercise helps in working and stretching many of the muscles of the shoulder and upper arm and also helps in maintaining the flexibility of the shoulder joints.

Steps :

  • Perform this exercise by standing.
  • Now, place both the hands on your shoulder.
  • Then, with your elbows, make 5 forward circles as big as you can.
  • Now, reverse the direction of the circles.
  • Repeat this set of forwards and backwards circles 5 times.
