Shoulder Flap

 

The shoulder flap exercise is good for the shoulder joints, deltoid muscles, and supraspinatus muscle.

This exercise acts on the abductor muscles, those which lift the arms out from the sides. Often these muscles work statically which reduces circulation. In order to improve the circulation in these muscles you need to move them.

The following are the steps :

  • We van do this exercise by standing.
  • Firstly, put your hands on your shoulders.
  • Then, flap your elbows up and down 15 times while you feel your upper arm and shoulder muscles working.
