Round Shoulders Reverse


Pectoral and rhomboid muscles, shoulder joints and rhomboid muscles can be benefited by this round shoulder reverse exercise.

This exercise reverses the round-shouldered posture commonly adopted as a result of both habit and fatigue. You should feel this exercise stretching your shoulder joints and working the muscles of your chest and upper back.

Steps :

  • You should do this exercise by standing.
  • Then, grasp your hands behind your neck.
  • Now, press your elbows back as far as comfortably can.
  • Then, bring your elbows together in front.
  • Relax and gently drop your arms.
  • Repeat this for 5 times.
