Like exercise relaxation also essential to the well beong and the more we are doing it, the easier it will become and we can get more refreshed feeling.

Follow these steps :

By sitting, close your eyes.

Now, take three breaths in and out.

Feel all your muscles and the movement of the air.

And try to relax the thoughts as well.

Do this for a few minutes.

After this, open your eyes you will feel more refreshed and good.
