Punching Bag


Punching bag exercise helps to work the muscles of your arm, upper back and chest which can help to reduce the fatigue from static muscle loading.

Steps :

  • We can do punching bag exercise either by sitting or standing.
  • First, slightly clench your fists.
  • Then, make sure that you straighten your elbows in a relaxed way.
  • Then give a punch as though you are punching a punching bag, which is imaginary here.
  • Do 5 punches with each arm.
