Pumping

 

Pumping exercise helps finger joints, finger flexor and extensor muscles to be fit.

This exercise helps to increase the blood flow and relieve fatigue in the muscles of the hand and forearm.

Steps :

  • By standing with your arms down by your sides.
  • Now, make a fist with each hand.
  • Then, stretch your fingers right out.
  • Repeat this pumping action 10 times.
