Palm Springs

 

Palm springs exercise will be useful for finger joints, finger flexor muscles and tendons.

This exercise stretches the muscles of your forearm which bend the fingers and the wrist. These muscles can become shortened and painful as a result of repetitive activity or the way you hold your wrist when working. This exercise increases the range and mobility of the wrist joints, as it stretches the forearm muscles.

The following are the steps :

  • Do this exercise by standing.
  • Now, interlace your fingers.
  • Then, turn your palms forwards and stretch your elbows out straight.
  • After this, hold for a count of 5 while you feel the pulling in your forearms, elbows and fingers.
  • This should be repeated for 5 times.
