Gymnastics Tips and How-to's

The muscles of the forearm which bend the fingers and wrist are stretched in this exercise.
It also increases wrist joint range and mobility.

It has the following steps :

By standing, place your palms together.

Place the fingers such that they all points to the ceiling.

Keeping your palms together, try to push the heels of your hands towards the floor.

Then, feel a gentle stretch along the forearms while you hold for a count of 10.

Relax for sometime.
