Neck Check Exercise

The neck check exercise can help us in keeping the neck joints fit.

The joints and structures of the lower neck can be stretched by doing this exercise, so that we can maintain a well balanced posture.

The exercise is done by tilting your head backwards but you should not keep your head in this position and you should not persist if you feel any discomfort.

Steps for doing the exercise :

  • We should do the neck check exercise by standing.
  • First, pull your chin in.
  • After this, tilt your head backwards by keeping your chin in as far as you are comfortable.
  • You should stop immediately if you feel any discomfort.
  • Then again return to the normal upright position like before.
  • Repeat this for 5 times.

  •
