Knee Lifts

The lower back muscles and the abdominal muscles can be benefited by this knee lifts exercise.

This is a great exercise to work the muscles of your abdomen. This exercise also helps to stretch your back muscles and reduces stiffness of the joints of your back.

The following are the steps :

  • First, sit in your chair.
  • Then, interlace your fingers behind your neck.
  • Now, lift your right knee to chest level.
  • Then, touch your left elbow to the right knee.
  • Now, return to the upright position with feet flat on the floor and relax.
  • Then, lift your left knee and repeat the sequence.
  • Repeat this for 6 times to each side, alternating sides and relaxing in between.
