Knee Bend Exercise

Knee bend exercise is good for calf muscles, knee and ankle joints.

This exercise will help to stretch your calf muscles and strengthens the muscles in front of your thighs. The thigh muscles straighten your knees and strong muscles here help you to lift correctly and prevent knee pain.

Steps in doing the exercise :

  • First, take your shoes off.
  • Then stand with your feet together.
  • Now, by keeping your back straight at all times and your heels on the ground, bend your knees.
  • Hold for a count of 10 while you feel the stretch in your calves.
  • Repeat this for 3 times.

  •
