Impossibe Reach


This exercise is good for shoulder joints, triceps muscles.

Impossible reach exercise helps in stretching a large number of muscles and joints of the shoulder. It also stretches your triceps muscles, and large muscles at the back of the upper arms which straighten (extend) your elbows.

The steps in doing the exercise :-

  • Do this exercise by standing.
  • First, bring your right hand to your upper back from above.
  • Then, bring your left hand to your upper back from below.
  • Try to hook the fingers of your two hands together.
  • Now, stretch your shoulders by pulling your arms against each other.
  • Relax for sometime.
  • Repeat this for 3 times then reverse the arm positions.
  • Repeat a further 4 times.
