Hand Lean

 

This exercise stretches the muscles of the forearm which bend the fingers and the wrist and also increase the wrist joint range and mobility.

T do this ,

Stand facing your workstation,Place your hands on your desk feeping your fingers flat, slightly spread, and pointing forwards.

Now, satraighten your elbows.

Lean over your hands so you bend your wrists, you should feel a gentle pull through your forearms or wrists and hold for a count of 10.

Repeat this for 3 times.
