Golfer

Golfer exercise stretches the muscles which straighten your fingers and bend back your wrists. These muscles can become shortened and painful if you work with an extended (bent back) wrist.

Steps for doing Golfer :

  • Golfer can be done by standing.
  • With your arms down in front of you, make a loose fist with your left hand.
  • Now, keeping your left elbow straight, bend the wrist and fingers of this hand in with your right hand, until you feel a gentle pull in your left forearm.
  • This position should be hold for a count of 10.
  • Relax for sometimes.
  • Now, reverse arms.
  • This should be repeated for about 5 times with each arm.
