Finger squeeze

 

Finger squeezing helps in exercising and stretching the small muscles in your hand, particularly the muscles which spread and bring together the fingers.

Steps for finger squeeze exercise :

  • The fingers should be straightened and then spread them as wide apart as possible.
  • By keeping your fingers straight (do not make a fist), squeeze them together as hard as you can.
  • Repeat this for 10 times.
