Eye Wash


Eye Wash

This exercise will help to stretch and work the muscles which controls eye movement and help to reduce the burning sensation that you may sometimes feel in your eyes.

It can be done by the following steps :

You can do this by either sitting or standing.

Look upto the right corner of the right eye as far as you can.

No, look up to the left corner.

Then look down to the right corner.

Repeat the sequence 3 times. Close the eyes and relax for sometime.
