Eye Lift

 

This eye lift exercise is good for the eye muscles. This exercise stretches and works the muscles which control eye movement.

Steps for doing :

  • We can do this exercise either by sitting or standing.
  • First, move your eyes up.
  • Then, move your eyes down.
  • This can be repeated for 3 times then close your eyes and relax.
