This exercise helps in keeping the interossei muscles healthy and fit. This exercise stretches some of the small muscles of your hand which spread the fingers.

The following are the steps :

  • We can do this by standing.
  • To do this just straighten your fingers and spread them as far apart as possible.
  • Now, bring the tips of your right and left fingers together.
  • Then bring the whole length of your fingers together but keep your palms as far apart as possible.
  • Then feel your fingers bending back while you hold for a count of 10.
  • Relax for sometimes.
  • Repeat this for 3 times.
