This exercise will help to keep the wrist joints, finger flexor muscles fit and good.
This exercise stretches the muscles of your forearms which bend the fingers and wrists. It also increases wrist joint range and mobility.

Steps for doing the exercise :

  • Do this exercise by standing.
  • Then, place hands together, at about waist level, with your fingers pointing forwards.
  • By keeping your elbows high, pull your hands back towards your chest.
  • Then, hold for a count of 10 while you feel the stretch in your wrists and forearms.
  • Repeat this for 3 times.
