Gymnastics Tips and How-to's





This exercise helps to releive the tension in the neck.
Tighten neck muscles can be the result of poor posture and psychological and physiacal stress.
When the neck muscles are tight, it feels a though your shoulders are drawn up to your ears..Therefore, throughtout the day whenever you pause in your work, relax these muscles by letting your shoulders drop.

It can be done as follows :

By Standing, reach the ceiling with your right arm while holding the arm against the side of your head.

Straighten your elbow now.

Keeping your head and arm together, try to make 6 large circles in the air with your head and upper body.

Repeat this with the left arm also.

Do this exercise 3 times with each arm.
