Fainting

A child may suddenly feel dizzy and seem to black out for a moment. This kind of feeling is usually due to fear, pain, fatigue or hunger.
Sometimes the fear of an injection may cause a fainting spell. There is nothing to get frightened because of this condition.
Make the child lie down till he feels better. Give him a warm drink.
Usually, however, the child becomes alright long before a warm drink can be procured. If it happens too frequently, or withbut any obvious cause, you should consult a doctor.
